Community Outreach Appointment Setting

We are seeking a reliable and professional Outreach Specialist / Appointment Setter to assist with community outreach and relationship-building calls.

This is not a sales role.

Our company works within housing and community support services, and your role will involve contacting organizations, caseworkers, shelters, outreach teams, and community partners to introduce our services and schedule introductory meetings.

This position requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build rapport naturally.

Responsibilities include:

Making outbound calls to organizations and community partners

Introducing our housing services professionally

Asking qualifying questions

Scheduling appointments on our calendar

Taking notes after each call

Following scripts while sounding natural

Handling objections professionally

Maintaining professionalism at all times

Requirements:
Strong spoken English
Clear phone voice
Quiet work environment
Stable internet
Ability to call U.S.-based phone numbers
Available during U.S. business hours
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service preferred
Must be dependable and coachable
