Job Title: Freelance Delivery Partner Recruiter (Commission Basis)

About the Role:
We are looking for freelancers/recruiters who can help us find and onboard delivery boys for leading delivery companies in major cities across India (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.).

Your job will be to identify and refer candidates who are interested and ready to start delivery jobs.

Responsibilities:

Source and connect with candidates interested in delivery jobs in Blinkit.

Explain basic job details and onboarding requirements

Share interested candidates’ details with our team for verification and onboarding

Follow up till successful joining

Payment Structure:

₹500 commission per successful onboarding (after the candidate delivers their first package)

Unlimited earning potential—the more people you onboard, the more you earn!

Who Can Apply:

No experience required — just the ability to connect and convince people

Must have basic communication skills and smartphone access
