E-Commerce Data Entry Specialist (Freelance / Ongoing)

Are you an experienced data entry specialist with an eye for detail and a passion for e-commerce? We’re a boutique online wine business looking for a meticulous and efficient individual to help us add and manage wine products on our Shopify website.
Key Focus Areas:
1️⃣ Accurate Product Data Entry – Research, compile, and input detailed wine descriptions.
2️⃣ Image Formatting & Uploading – Ensure product images are correctly formatted and optimised.
3️⃣ AI-Assisted Content Creation – Use ChatGPT or similar tools to refine product descriptions.
What You’ll Work On:
? Researching & collating information – Gather details about each wine, including origin, tasting notes, and varietals.
? Populating spreadsheets – Organise and input wine details accurately before uploading.
? Adding & formatting product images – Edit images in Canva to align with brand guidelines.
? Uploading products to Shopify – Ensure all listings are complete, optimised, and visually appealing.
? Ongoing ad hoc updates – Assist with product updates, edits, and website maintenance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Accurate data entry & organisation for product listings
✔ Image editing & formatting in Canva
✔ Using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to assist with product descriptions
✔ Ensuring consistency & attention to detail across all listings
✔ Managing ongoing product updates as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience with Shopify & e-commerce data entry
✅ Strong skills in Canva for image formatting
✅ Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for content refinement
✅ Excellent English writing & grammar skills
✅ Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented work approach
✅ Ability to work efficiently & meet deadlines
