Collecting Simple data from 6 websites & put it in excel sheet (Copy & Paste)

I've an Exell sheet that has several food items, a total of (150 items). I would like you to search the websites that i've attached then add the values (Calories, Fats, Carbs, Protein) to the Excel sheet.
It's a straight forward copy & paste job. You just need to be 100% focus & Accurate about the values you put in the Exell sheet. It has to be correct, i dont want to check every item after you please.
I'll ask you just to do 2 examples to make sure you got the idea.
I'll explain further to the selected freelancer.
