Collect Emails of Executives/Owners

I would like an excel spreadsheet with three columns: full name, email, and position (owner, ceo, cfo, etcetera). Then, populate this list with 5,000 people that are executives or owners of marketing/advertising agencies, real estate, alcohol, startups, tutoring, apparel, or vacation companies in the United States. I want to see at least 10% of the list (500 contacts) before I buy to make sure it is legitimate.
