I'm looking for a proficient software developer who can construct a calendar program that emphasizes collaboration among multiple users. The key features that this program should embody are:
- Multiple User Access: The program should allow all users to share one calendar. This central calendar will act as a common ground where all the activities of every participant are visible.
- Jobs and Task List: As part of the multiple user access system, a functionality to distribute a weekly activity list detailing jobs and tasks is crucial. This should be also viewable by all users.
- Special Access for Specific Users: Not all participants will have equal rights in the program. Certain users should have the distinct capability to add or change elements in the calendar. The program must hence support differentiated user permission settings.
