Cold-Lead Insurance Intake Calls

I will hand you a spreadsheet of cold commercial-insurance prospects together with a simple questionnaire. Your job is to pick up the phone, introduce yourself on my behalf, and guide each prospect through the short fact-finding conversation I have designed.

The information I need back is very specific: number of employees, a clear description of what they actually do day-to-day, whether they rely on subcontractors, their estimated annual revenue, and their total payroll. For payroll, please break the figure down by job class—clerical, field, management, or any other categories the company uses—so I can assign the right workers-comp codes later.

Once a call is finished, you’ll drop the answers straight into the questionnaire and return it to me the same day so I can quote and bind coverage without delay. Accuracy matters more than speed, but I expect the conversation to feel natural and helpful rather than scripted.

Deliverables
