Cold Call Info Gathering Initiative

We are seeking an English-fluent speaker to serve as a Venue Caller. The primary responsibility will be to contact local nightclubs and venues using a provided script to gather specific information. The candidate will utilize a template/script during calls and record the necessary details in a spreadsheet. This includes but is not limited to identifying the contact person at the venue, confirming acceptance of certain types of performances (e.g., hip-hop and R&B), and other relevant details.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to local nightclubs and venues.
• Follow a provided script/template during calls.
• Gather specific information such as contact names and acceptance criteria.
• Record details accurately in a spreadsheet.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow a script and adapt as needed during conversations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic spreadsheet skills for data entry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cold calling or customer service.
• Familiarity with the entertainment or nightlife industry.
• Experience working with spreadsheets.
