Our outpatient clinic has a steady stream of patient encounters that must be coded exclusively with ICD-10. The charts are already documented in our cloud-based EHR; what’s missing is accurate, audit-ready diagnostic coding so claims go out error-free and reimbursements come back on time.
You’ll log into the system remotely, review each chart, assign the correct ICD-10 codes, and flag any documentation gaps for our physicians to clarify. Turnaround is daily, accuracy must stay above 95 %, and all work has to comply with current CMS and HIPAA guidelines.
When you send your proposal, focus on the depth of your ICD-10 experience in a clinic or other outpatient setting. Screenshots of productivity reports or brief case examples are more helpful than generic résumés.

• Summary sheet of any documentation queries raised
