Client Outreach & Business Development Assistant -- 2

Global Bridge Lab is a growing software agency based in Japan, working mainly with clients in the US and skilled software developers across Asia.
We are looking for a full-time Client Outreach & Business Development Assistant to help us generate new opportunities, communicate with potential clients, schedule interviews, and support our client-facing process.
Responsibilities include sending daily job/project applications, identifying potential US-based collaborators or business partners through legitimate outreach, helping create interview opportunities, and supporting other entry-level business tasks based on availability.
Requirements:
Must be available full-time and overlap at least 5 hours with US business hours. Strong English communication, consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail are required.
Compensation:
Base salary: $100/month
Bonus: $100 for each confirmed long-term US collaborator
Bonus: $1 for each valid interview opportunity generated
There will be a 15-day trial period to evaluate performance and fit.
