ClickUp Implementation & Coaching Expert Needed

About the Role
We’re seeking a ClickUp Coach and implementation Expert to help us strategically set up our ClickUp workspace to improve project management, team accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. This is not a basic tutorial gig. We’re looking for someone who brings deep platform knowledge and strategic thinking—someone who can build systems, streamline workflows, and coach us on best practices used in high-performing organizations.
What You’ll Do
Audit our current workflows and project management setup (currently using Trello)
Design and implement a customized ClickUp workspace tailored to our team structure, goals, and project lifecycle
Build efficient task hierarchies, folders, spaces, and templates
Set up automations, dashboards, and custom views that align with company KPIs and team responsibilities
Create SOPs and documentation for team adoption and onboarding
Train key team members (COO, EA, department leads) on how to use the system effectively
Provide coaching on ClickUp best practices and workflow optimization for growing SaaS companies
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has expert-level experience with ClickUp (at least 2 years in a consulting, operations, or implementation role)
Has led or supported full migrations to ClickUp from other tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
Has a strategic mindset and understands operational systems design, especially for small- to mid-size tech teams
Can think like a COO—connecting systems with goals, outcomes, and team performance
Is detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator
Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS business operations, CRM integrations, or automation tools like Zapier
