China based: Companies and Personas outreach list filling using Apollo.io

Searching for a Chinese smart joung guy to work for us for 2-3 montinuous months
Skills for the temporary Apollo user we are searching for:
1) self paced
2) good competence in Excel
3) good competence in using the browser and surfing web sites
4) open to know new things
Things to do
1) create a list of at least 10.000 prospect companies divided in 10 industries
2) per every company, he must define at least 3 buyer personas, among the pre defined personas per every single industry (as an example, in HVACR find at least 1 Product Manager, 1 CTO, 1 Marketing Manager). Minimum personas in all lists, 30.000
3) do this in parallel, so we can start sequences after the first working week. As en axample, starting with first 200 companies and then 600 contancts personas so we can start the sequence.
4) correcly manage the workflow (company, persona, sequence)
5) check the company annual torunover, it must be more than 40M $ year (otherwise the company is too small)
6) must understand if the company is a producer or a seller (we are interested mostly on Producers)
7) access to a high speed Internet with no limit to Apollo.io site
