Change SVG fields into text fields in Figma

We have two images with text descriptions on it. These descriptions are now in SVG format. Your task is to create text fields with the same content and format (meaning, the text should have exactly the same format, size, colour and positioning as in the image) but should just be an adjustable text. The current svg "text" shall be deleted in that figure so that only the new text in the newly created text fields is within the new image.
A total of less than 40 text fields would need to be created. In the figma file there are two examples of how it should look like.
