Career Development Plan

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me build a comprehensive career development plan. My current career situation is advancing in my current field, and while I have some ideas of goals I'd like to work towards, I would benefit from guidance in fully understanding and identifying the best options for my future. I am looking for support in creating a step-by-step plan that includes skill development and training, as well as networking and mentorship to reach my career goals. The project outcome should be an individual development plan that I can refer to as I strive to progress in my career.
