Car Dealership Commission

I'm an idiot and can't figure out google sheets. All I need is a formula on the second tab ("sell sheet") where if I select the vehicle from the drop down menu (data pulls from the first tab "Catalogue Price" "Car Name") then in the "commission" column the commission value pulls up without any interaction from the person using the sheet(data would pull from the first tab "catalogue price" "commission"). That's literally it.
