Capture email addresses of league secretaries of junior football leagues in U.K.

We will provide a list of 52 Regional football associations in the U.K. We need someone to locate the junior football leagues associated with the regional associations and then input the name of the league secretary and their email address to an excel spread sheet. There are approx 10 football leagues within each regional association. We hope to capture at least 500 league secretaries email addresses. Could be time consuming finding the contacts
