Call Centre Needed for Digital Service Testing
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am on the hunt for a call centre who can aid me in testing my digital service. Key requirements for this project are:
- Organizing 10-20 individuals to call one specific number daily. The purpose of this is to test the efficiency and effectiveness of my digital service under multiple simultaneous calls.
- The brief for each call should be less than a minute. There are no requirements for customer service, technical support or survey conduction. They will be required to select one number from the directories. And then once the call is connected, hangup.
The ideal call centre would have experience in arranging bulk simultaneous calls and would have a strong understanding of how to rotate these calls within the set number of individuals. Accuracy and punctuality are key for the success of this project.
