I am looking for a skilled professional who can perform a calcium imaging project aimed at visualizing the general activity of olfactory receptor neurons (ORNs) in live tissues using chemically synthesized indicators.
This is to test a theory that ORN's are activated by light. I am looking for a scientist doing this technique and adding only 5-10 minutes to expose ORN's to light sources I will provide which radiate a continuous spectrum from 190 - 2,500 nanometers.
