We are doing a cleanse of the data in our CRM and require someone to take the following actions
Take our top
Use the data from each of the top 27 companies
1. Search the company on linkedin
Add any people in the USA/Canada/UK that are missing from our contacts
For these people ensure the following data is completed
Ensure the ‘account name’ is correct (spelling and Capitalization)
Search for person on LinkedIn, fill in any missing data
First Name
Last Name
Job title
City
State
Linkedin URL
Email Address (using the format we have provided)
Date-of-Birth (this is a new field for us)
Phone Number (this is a new field for us)
Then for all existing contacts ensure the data is complete and there are no gaps (the same as above).
