Business Operations Consultant

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the return and centralized management of multi-channel consumer users of the company, and attracting, promoting, retaining, recalling and transforming users by means of activity operation and content operation;

2. Designed corresponding maintenance schemes and incentive mechanisms for different types of users to improve user retention and activity

3. Collected overseas users' demands to support user path optimization and user growth

4. Fully communicated with product, design, technology and other related departments to promote the smooth achievement of operational targets

5. Have certain data analysis ability, can analyze product and market data

Job Requirements:

1. Native American, with 2 years of experience in local user operation.

2. Good logical thinking ability, strong data analysis ability, and good teamwork

3. Fast learning ability, strong self-drive and execution, a strong sense of goal, and responsible for results.
