By opening conversations with clinics, practitioners, and healthcare organizations, you’ll help build the sales pipeline and set high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. This role requires persistence, creativity, and strong communication skills. Success is measured by the number of outbound touches, quality of engagement, and the volume of qualified opportunities created for the sales team.

Proactively source and identify new leads through LinkedIn, industry directories, referrals, and outbound campaigns.

Craft and send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and messages to decision-makers.

Execute call outreach campaigns, engaging prospects in meaningful conversations that uncover their needs.

Use email, social channels, and phone calls to build multi-touch cadences that drive engagement.

Discovery & Qualification

Conduct short discovery calls to understand pain points, business goals, and fit with our solutions.

Qualify leads against decision-making criteria and ensure only strong opportunities are advanced.

Document all interactions and insights thoroughly in the CRM.

Sales Pipeline Support

Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives.

Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, response rates, and conversion outcomes.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, scripts, and objection-handling.

Research & Strategy

Research target clinics, practitioners, and healthcare businesses to personalize outreach.

Stay on top of industry trends to engage prospects with relevant insights.

Share feedback from the market to help optimize our go-to-market strategy.

Who You Are

A proactive communicator who thrives on starting conversations with new people.

Tenacious and resilient—you’re motivated by goals and not discouraged by rejection.

Organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation habits.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Curious and consultative, eager to learn about prospect challenges and match them with solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B SaaS or healthcare tech preferred).

Prior success with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound prospecting cadences.

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
