I am seeking an experienced freelancer to assist me with a project of obtaining a list of phone numbers from Germany and Ireland. This is a very specific task as I require the phone numbers to be from individuals aged 40 and above.
In terms of the size of this undertaking, I am looking for as many phone numbers as possible (at least 10,000 numbers). This includes both Germany and Ireland, so I need the freelancer to be able to source numbers from either one of the countries.
