Bulk Word Conversion & Data Extraction

I have a batch of more than twenty Word documents that must look flawless in two completely different formats. First, each file needs to become a polished, print-ready PDF that mirrors the original layout—headings, tables, images, spacing, everything. If you spot a stray style or spacing issue while converting, please tidy it up so the final PDFs feel consistent and professional.

Second, I need structured data from the same documents exported into a single, well-organized CSV. The documents aren’t totally identical—some follow a similar template, others stray a bit—so intelligent mapping is required. All tables, relevant text paragraphs, and even information tucked away in headers or footers have to land in clearly labeled columns that open cleanly in Excel or Google Sheets without manual tweaking.

Deliverables:
• A PDF version of every Word file, with formatting preserved or improved
• One or more CSV files containing all extracted tables, paragraph text, headers, and footers in consistently named columns
• A quick rundown of any formatting fixes you applied or ambiguities you encountered

I work mainly with Word, Excel, and Google Sheets, so please keep compatibility in mind. Accuracy is critical; I will be cross-checking the PDFs against the Word originals and spot-checking the CSV rows, so double-checking your work before hand-off will save us both time.
