Bulk Lead Generation / Property Owner Contact Databasing -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for contact information of US property owners.
I will provide a property address, owner entity (LLC, Partnership, Trust, Corporation, or Owner Name), and entity mailing address in a spreadsheet. Within 2-3 business days I need the Director, Managing Member, President, CEO, Vice President, and/or Secretary's name, phone number(s), and email address(es).
I expect a minimum of two contacts per property record. For family trusts and individuals (properties not owned by an LLC, Partnership, or Corporation) the second owner may be a relative associated with the same mailing address.
I'd like all phone number records associated with each individual contact, typically three or more phone numbers.
I'd also like the age for each contact.
This will be a recurring job if you do well. I need 1,500 to 2,000 contact records per week and intend on hiring a team of freelancers to collectively perform unless one person can handle the work load.
I am in Real Estate and will be using these contact data sets in my own phone program which will rapidly call all records... meaning the more people, contacts, and numbers you can provide for each property, the better. I will be eliminating the margin of error on inaccurate records through a volume based approach.
Attached is an example of the spreadsheets I will provide you with. Column HO and HZ-IC contain the owner contact entity and mailing address. Columns HP-HR contain the property address. All other columns are used for my own records. Note - depending on how you scrape ownership contact information, I've left the parcel numbers and long./lat. for each property owned by the contacts I'm looking for.
I will be measuring the accuracy of information you provide and need a minimum of 90% of properties to have a working phone number directed to the correct property owner. You could give me 15 phone numbers and 5 contacts for one property, but as long as one number and one contact is correct, that is fine.
I'm offering $0.10 per record and have a total of 396,000 records I will need processed over the course of a year. I will exclusively work with the same freelancer(s) all year if you consistently deliver on time.
