Bulk Google Ads Keyword Sorting, Categorising, Ad Group Creation, and .csv campaign creation & upload

Hey,
We are looking for help in doing bulk upload of new campaigns, ad groups, product groups, and keywords across search & shopping & smart shopping campaigns. It is complicated and very optimised set up. We are processing 44,000 keywords at the moment to narrow down to 10,000, and we have 3000-4000 SKUs on our Shopify store.
We are also using 5 custom labels in our products for better segmentation.
Our Google Merchant Centre feed is up to date. We also sell in USA, EU, GB, Canada.
We are looking for EXPERT & 100% error-free data entry from a person or team that have done this before. Freelancer need to be data competent and have logical understanding. We have many many variations of ad group, ads, product groups, and campaign types and all need to be uploaded and perfectly configured.
I will do the heavy lifting work of creating naming convention and where each ad group and product group would go and in what campaign, and the ad copy, and then freelancer need to create the entire plan and upload to Google Ads. This is a data entry task and freelancer does not need to understand our industry.
First, freelancer must help with filtration of 44,000 keywords. First removal of non-english and spelling mistakes, and then grouping on certain words and separation of the keywords into a lot of ad groups specific to search queries. Once we have all of the ad groups planned out, I will then configure everything else ready for upload.
If project successful, freelancer will be hired on ongoing basis.
Please submit previous experience you have with project and also please show me some bulk upload files for campaign upload that you have done before.
