Build a targeted travel agency database

I need a freelancer to create a fresh and accurate spreadsheet of travel agencies from specific regions (I will provide the regions).

What you’ll do:

Research and find travel agencies that fit our target profile.

Collect the following details for each contact person:

- Company name
- Contact name
- Mobile phone
- Email
- LinkedIn profile
- Website
- Instagram
- Physical address
- Country/Region
- Quick note on how the info was verified

Make sure the data is correct, no duplicates, and up to date (no older than 5 months).

Prioritize contacts related to:

- Luxury Travel, Luxury Experience, Private Villa, Luxury Villa
- Agencies or brokers that are members of associations like Virtuoso, MYBA, CYBA, IYBA, ECPY, GYA, APSA, ICOMIA.
- Companies that organize conventions or events for other travel agencies/companies.

What I need delivered:

- A clean Excel or Google Sheet with at least 5,000 verified contacts.
- Every row must have complete contact details (no missing fields) or at least have the name of the person, company (web link), 1 social media account and 1 verified contact media (mail/phone) listed.
- Include source links or screenshots for spot checks.

Acceptance criteria:

- Spreadsheet opens without errors.
- 100% accuracy in the information.
- Data is recent (verified within 5 months).
