Build contact list for Spotify playlist curators (house music)
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Independent house music artist needs a contact list of high quality Spotify playlists that are a perfect match for our music. We are all about organic music promotion and no bots or fake streams. This project requires both Spotify search engine skills, and listening skills. You do need email list building skills. And common list building methods won't be enough for this project. Extra training will be provided. We have special tools we will provide you with, and a criteria for playlists on this list. You also need to listen to the music to ensure the playlist is a good fit.
Project steps:
1. one hour video conference for overview and training - (one hour)
2. we provide a spreadsheet with 7 to 10 fields that need to be filled in. (emails are required)
3. First Period. Find at least 20 relevant Spotify playlists that our music can be playlisted on, and then find the contact information for the people that curate/manage the playlist. This involves listening to snippets of the songs on the playlist to ensure our music is very similar. (3 hours) If a good job is done, Second Period will commence.
4. Submit First Period spreadsheet with minimum 20 playlists with email contact information for our review. More will be better, but we understand not every playlist curator's email can be found.
There will be a 30 minute discussion to review and refine your list building skills (if necessary). (30 minutes)
5. If we are satisfied with your First Period research, we will extend it for another 3 hours (Second Period).
6. Second Period (contingent on success of Period One). An additional 25 high quality playlists with email contact information. (3 hours)
New playlists come up every day, so this project could be ongoing.
