Build Training QuickBooks Dataset

I need a complete, “from-scratch” QuickBooks Online file that I can use for demos, staff training, and sandbox testing. The file should feel realistic, so please populate it with sample purchase transactions, sales transactions, and employee data.

Here’s the level of depth I’m after: every transaction should include the basic information plus the related customer or vendor details—enough for users to practice running reports, matching payments, and troubleshooting errors. Full itemization or complex tax setups aren’t necessary this time.

Please structure everything under sensible categories so the Chart of Accounts and reports clearly separate Expenses, Revenue, and Assets. Think of it as a clean, well-organized mock company: nothing messy, but lively enough to explore.

Deliverables
• A live QuickBooks Online (or exportable) company file populated with roughly two months of day-to-day activity
• Logical Chart of Accounts with the above categories
• Dummy customer, vendor, and employee profiles that tie naturally into the transactions
• Brief hand-over notes on how you generated the data so I can extend it later
