Brazilian SEO Copywriter and Country Manager - Full-time Work for Financial Comparison Website
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are seeking an experienced SEO copywriter who is interested in becoming our new Country Manager for the Brazilian market.
As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire market, negotiating affiliation deals, creating and posting content in WordPress, generating invoices for partners, and negotiating backlink deals.
To qualify for this position, you must be a top performer who can dedicate at least 20 hours per week to our team.
WHO ARE WE
We operate a financial comparison website (financer.com) in 26 different markets, with a team of about 50 members located all over the world.
In a nutshell, we do the following:
1. Price comparison. We compare prices for different financial products, such as loans, credit cards, and stock brokers.
2. Reviews. We review most of the products and companies in our comparison, for example, lenders and personal finance apps. Visitors can leave reviews too.
3. Financial education. We write guides and articles about personal finances, for example, budgeting, investing, or getting out of debt.
WHAT IS THE WORK ABOUT
As the Country Manager for the Brazilian market, your primary responsibility is to oversee the market and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing content: Writing new content, updating existing content, and ensuring that all content is of high quality
- Affiliate management: Negotiating with existing partners and searching for new affiliate deals to benefit the Brazilian market
- Developing Financer.com with ideas and feedback
The goal is to become the #1 financial platform in each of the countries we operate in, so, in this case, you will be responsible to do it for the Brazilian market.
Specific Tasks:
As a Country Manager, you will have the following tasks:
- Researching, writing, optimizing content for SEO, and posting it in WordPress (60-70% of your work)
- Building comparisons (tables or between different products) and adding new products to your website
- Building high-quality backlinks to the website
- Configuring the website and implementing new updates
- Managing affiliate relationships and negotiating deals
- Posting on social media
- Email support for visitors, answering visitors’ comments and updating their reviews
If you succeed as a Country Manager, you may later evolve into a COO and eventually a CEO of your market, as you hire your own team and your job becomes more focused on leading a team.

- Proven SEO experience, both on-page, and off-page
- Strong interest in finances and marketing

- Good command of English, since this is the language that we all speak between us in the company
Beneficial Experience:
- Previous work experience with personal finances
- Familiarity with WordPress

HOW WE PAY
- Base hourly rate of €15 (can be increased to €20 once 90% of the content is ranking)
- €50 bonus for every new piece of content that receives +100 organic visitors per month
- Profit share of up to 12% based on your market
- Other milestone-based bonuses
INTERVIEW PROCESS
If you are a good fit, we will have a quick written conversation followed by a video interview with the team leader of the BR market. We will then request samples of your work and ask you to offer your opinion on a few pages already published on our website.
