100,000 Brazilian Company Profiles in 4 Phases
Budget: €31 – €63 EUR
The project involves providing 100,000 Brazilian company profiles for commercial prospecting purposes, with a total budget of €250, distributed across 4 phases of 25,000 profiles each (€62.50 per phase).
Requirements:
- Companies located exclusively in São Paulo (SP), Santa Catarina (SC), Paraná (PR), and Rio Grande do Sul (RS).
- Belonging to specific sectors such as industry, construction, engineering, logistics, metallurgy, technology, agriculture, commerce, security, marketing, communication, etc.
- Each profile must contain at least:
- Company name
- Business sector
- Email address
- WhatsApp number
- Mobile phone (if available)
- Landline number
- Website
- State (province)
- City.
Data must be:
- Unique and duplicate-free.
- Recent and verified.
- Collected from public or licensed sources including APIs or public records.
- Delivered in a clean CSV file encoded in UTF-8 and ready for import.
**Phase 1:** Delivery of the first batch of 25,000 profiles followed by quality checks on email validity, phone numbers, websites' accuracy, geographical consistency, removal of duplicates, and relevance to sectors. If satisfactory results are met, the remaining three phases will proceed under the same terms.
**Before starting**, the freelancer must confirm:
- Their data collection method.
- The timeline for completion of Phase 1.
- The date for delivering an example file.
- Whether an interim test phase is needed.
- That the final file will be clean, in UTF-8 format, and ready for use.
If this initial mission proves successful, the client plans to assign similar projects within 30 days to establish a recurring collaboration.
