Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a collection of 11 – 50 physical books that must be converted into clean, searchable digital text. Each page needs a faithful, error-free full-text transcription—no summaries, no excerpts, the entire content exactly as printed.
The books will be shipped or scanned for you, whichever proves faster once we agree on logistics. Accuracy is paramount: spelling, punctuation, line breaks, headings, footnotes and any special characters must mirror the source. A light proofread is expected so the final copy reads naturally without OCR artefacts.
Deliverables
• A separate DOCX (or UTF-8 .txt if you prefer) for every book, titled with the book’s name and author
• Consistent formatting throughout each file (headings, paragraph breaks, page numbers if present)
• One master spreadsheet listing book title, author, year, and the file name delivered
Work is approved when the text matches the printed edition word-for-word and passes a spot-check for typographical accuracy.
