Bookkeeping & Reconciliation Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I maintain my business records in Xero and Google Drive/Sheet and want every transaction kept current and accurate without fail. Once to twice a week, you will log in (maximum 6 hour/week) , categorise new bank-feed items, attach supporting documents, and keep the ledger tidy. At month-end, all bank, credit-card and payment-gateway accounts need to be fully reconciled, followed by concise management reports.
Scope of work
• Daily transaction recording completed within 24 hours of appearing in the feed
• Full monthly reconciliations finalised by the end of the month
• Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash-Flow statements generated and shared bi-weekly
Everything happens inside my existing Xero subscription, so solid experience with Xero’s bank-rules, reconciliation, and reporting tools is essential. Clear communication, attention to detail, and respect for data confidentiality will determine long-term collaboration.
