Bookkeeper Needed for Reconciliation

My immediate priority is tidying up the accounting side of the business. I already track income and expenses in basic spreadsheets, but I need a dedicated bookkeeper to step in and reconcile our bank and credit-card accounts so the balances match reality each month.
Here’s what I expect once we start:

• A thorough reconciliation of every transaction, flagging any discrepancies or missing entries.
• Clear notes on adjustments you make so I can learn from any recurring issues.
• A short summary report confirming that the books now balance, along with suggestions for keeping them that way.
