Bilingual HR Recruiters Spain

I am launching a new matchmaking company in Spain and need freelance HR professionals who can recruit our first wave of entry-level staff. Because the service will operate nationwide, every step—from writing posts on LinkedIn to conducting phone screens—must be handled in both Spanish and English.

Your task is to design and run the full recruitment cycle:
• define job profiles with me (client advisers, community moderators and support representatives)
• source and shortlist qualified, Spain-based, entry-level candidates
• handle bilingual screening interviews and basic reference checks
• deliver a ranked slate of finalists with notes and interview summaries

I will provide the role descriptions and brand guidelines; you bring an ATS or spreadsheet workflow you’re comfortable with, plus your own sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, InfoJobs or local university portals.

Success is when I can make at least three hires who match the agreed profiles within the timeline we set together. If this pilot round goes smoothly, there will be ongoing talent-acquisition work as the company scales.
