Bid writer

I'm looking for a bid writer to help me with crafting a public contract Scotlans tender . I already have a specific government agency and/or grant program in mind, so I'm looking for someone who is experienced in this type of work. It's event focused. I need someone reliable and knowledgeable in creating tailored proposals in order to maximize our chances of success. Additionally, you should have excellent research skills and an understanding of the latest regulations to help ensure the bids are high quality. You should also possess decisive problem-solving skills to help refine the bid before it is submitted. This is an important project for me and so I'm seeking someone with a great eye for detail to ensure everything meets the requirements of the grant program and the government agency.
