We are seeking Al Data Trainers to create engaging and informative content across various topics and fields. This project focuses on integrating your language expertise into the development of cutting-edge Al models.
What to do;
⁃ Wright detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide Al learning.
⁃ Evaluate and rank Al responses.
⁃ Test Al models for potential inaccuracies or biases.
Who we are looking for?
All management things will be conducted in English, but the Al training will be in your native language to ensure proper cultural localization and fluency. We've transitioned to using professional linguists and writers for this role, as our client requires specialists who are proficient in various writing styles, with a strong grasp of grammar in both English and the target language. Additionally, a deep understanding of the cultural and target language's fundamentals, including grammar, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, is essential.
Volumes and working rates
Our client has requested 350 hours of work to be covered weekly by our team. You may contribute as many hours as possible, but we appreciate a commitment of at least 4 hours per day. This is a continuous project for at least 3 months.

Payment terms
We plan to start with weekly payments to establish trust, and then transition to monthly payments.
Assessment process
The client has requested to evaluate each candidate in our team. The assessment will primarily focus on your writing and editing skills and will also include a short video component to confirm your spoken language proficiency and identity. The assessment should take about 60 minutes to complete. The test will be completed under signed NDAs between all parties.
- Video estimation: We will ask you to record a short video (up to 4 minutes) to showcase your experience, your interest in the role, and mainly to validate your native language.
- Writing estimation: You will receive a link to access the writing task on the online tool CoderByte. It takes 30 min to pass.
