I will provide you with scanned or PDF financial statements for 7 different banks. For each bank, I will share:
5 Annual Reports (years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)
9 Quarterly Reports (Q1 2023 through Q1 2025)

I need a meticulous, complete extraction and structuring of these financial statements into Excel. The final deliverable for each bank must have:

Two Excel sheets per bank:
Annual Sheet:

Consolidated data for 2020–2024.

Include entire Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and all Notes (each note clearly labelled and numbered as in the original).

Each year as a separate column for easy comparison.

Row-by-row fidelity with original lines (no summarizing or skipping lines).

Notes should be in detail—not just titles, but all descriptions and figures.

Quarterly Sheet:

Data for Q1 2023 to Q1 2025.

Same structure: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Notes.

Each quarter as a separate column.

Every single line item and note included.

What you must deliver:

Requirements:

Experience with financial statement extraction (banks preferred).

High attention to detail—no missing lines or notes.

Clean Excel formatting with clear headers, sections, and notes.

Ability to work with PDFs/scans and extract every single line item and note precisely.

Delivery in .xlsx format.

Total scope:

7 banks × 2 sheets each = 14 structured Excel sheets in total.

Each sheet fully detailed and complete.

Deadline: 4 days
