BREVO Email Campaign Creation & Distribution
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
BREVO Email two campaigns job to be done.
I have 3000 contacts in 3 databases (car repairs, car dealers, cafés&restaurants ) each of 1000 approx records in XL format.
YOUR job is to send out two different emails to these 3000 contacts over a ten days, so send 6,000 emails over a week.
THE EMAIL LIST IS A PAID LIST AND IS NOT BE USED BY ANYONE AS IT HAS TRACE RECORDS ON IT
I will provide 500 records for each of the two campaigns, so batch of 1000 total records at a time for you to send out and check that it has not been used for anything else & I check your success progress and modify template if needed as we go after each batch.
Prefer Brevo email and template program.
Campaign A “shark” to mechanics and car dealers is for DPF EGR parts cleaning.
Campaign B “redline” to restaurants and cafes is for doing red line plans.
The emails go out in Australia.
You send out the emails using my BREVO account.
OUTCOME ACTION
of both campaigns is that visitor click a link to join a waitlist for competition and can also click a second link to get a call back from me for a quote.
Your form is to capture the visitor’s mobile number, suburb, full name and email all mandatory input fields.

You share the templates with me so I can edit and use them.
You send me screen shot to show sending stages done every 500 emails, so we can track progress and your success and adjust.
You tell me which platform you will use so I can approve that platform before you start templates. You provide me the clean washed list after sending
You provide send and open report and unsubscribe, bouncebacks etc.
Unlimited revisions
You check links and forms work before sending to me to approve
You design the send template and give me copy of template (and in PDF also so I can see it ) and the database you create is to be a FREE database platform and you tell me which one you will use.

I want you to make the two forms and send to me, so I can edit both.

Task to be done in 2 steps , first do the templates then if approved then you do sending using my brevo account.
Time 8 days, allow 3 days for templates and 5 days for progressive email send out.
The job is shown as $200 AUD for both stages , payment split $100AUD for templates and set up, and $100 for the send out.
Any disputes pro-rated amounts will be paid on work successfully complete
