Automated Scraper and Poster for Leboncoin.fr with Excel Export

Project Description:

I am looking for a developer to create a tool that can automatically scrape, monitor, and post ads on the French marketplace Leboncoin.fr.

The tool must have two major functionalities:

1. Scraping and Monitoring Ads:
• Launch predefined (saved) search queries automatically (either manually or scheduled, e.g., daily).
• Extract key data from each listing, including:
• Lien de l’annonce
• Titre de l’annonce
• Prix
• Charges comprises (Oui/Non)
• Montant des charges (si précisé)
• Surface (en m²)
• Nombre de pièces
• Localisation (ville et code postal)
• Date de publication
• Type de vendeur (particulier ou professionnel)
• Délai de réponse du vendeur (si disponible)
• Numéro de téléphone du vendeur (si récupérable)
• Description complète
• Type de bien (appartement, maison, etc.)
• Statut meublé (meublé ou non)
• Classe énergétique (DPE)
• Émission de gaz à effet de serre (GES)
• Référence interne (si indiquée)
• Detect when ads are closed (sold, rented, or removed).
• Export the results into a clear Excel file (.xlsx), including:
• A column for “Charges comprises” (Yes/No)
• A column for the “Montant des charges”

2. Automated Posting of New Ads:
• Automatically fill in the Leboncoin ad submission form.
• Automatically upload photos.
• Automatically submit the ad.
• Handle or alert if a captcha or verification step appears.
