Australian Employment Case Chronology & Filing

Job ID: 39841313

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I’m managing an Australian-based employment matters and need a detail-driven paralegal or legal researcher who already understands Fair Work principles and related legislation. Your core mission is to bring order to a large set of emails, files and meeting transcripts.

The work starts with a deep review of every document. As you read, record each relevant action or conversation in a master timeline, noting the exact date and time, a concise description of what occurred, and a live link straight back to the source file. Accuracy is critical; the timeline will guide forthcoming pleadings and witness statements.

To keep everything searchable and shareable I want the entire evidence set migrated into Google Drive. Please structure it logically—one top-level folder for each separate claim, clearly named sub-folders for correspondence, evidence, pleadings and research, and a consistent naming convention for every file you touch. Once complete, I should be able to locate any document or event in seconds.

Deliverables
• Master timeline (Google Sheet) with date, time, event description and file links
• Clean Google Drive hierarchy for each claim, with all documents correctly filed
• Brief handover note explaining the structure and any suggested next steps

If you have run similar Australian employment cases and thrive on precise document control, I look forward to working with you.
