Audio to Text Transcription -- 2

I have a 15 mins audio file that I need to get back as text file based on the conversation with the time stamp. I need it done by today.

I need this urgently and with high quality. You also need to sign a NDA before I send you the actual file.

My budget for this project is 400. So only apply if you can work under the budget and deliver by deadline.
