Assistant needed to review edits of a 30-60 minutes of a Podcast and provide feedback on a routine basis
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm hiring an assistant to review edits made to Podcast videos on a weekly basis. You will be provided with a link to listen/watch the content, which was recently edited, and notate the specific times if any of the following is heard:
- Unnatural cuts that feel awkward
- "hard cuts" that have a click sound going into the next phrase
- Video footage that seems way out of place, or the cut feels like it's just "glitching"
- Sentences that sound cut off too early
Filler words, gaps, stutters, confident phrases, etc. should be removed already. However, if you noticed that any of these were missed in the edit, please notate the times for these as well.
I'm looking for someone that doesn't mind listening/watching content for an hour, and enjoys listening to Podcasts/audio books regularly, who can act as my "second set" of ears to make sure I didn't miss anything during the editing.
The audio/video will be provided to you via Wipster or Frame.io so that you can easily click and make comments right on the timeline. (No need to write this down manually anywhere). There will be multiple audio/video pieces per week and this will be a long-term recurring hire. The price you include in your proposal should be your flat rate fee per Podcast listen. *You will not be editing the content. You will simply need to listen and notate potential mistakes.
