Assistant needed for finding emails

I am running an email outreach campaign and need the email of the higest-ranking person in the hierarchy (e.g.: CEO, founder/co-founder) for a list of 130 companies I will give you.

You can use whatever strategy you want, but I suggest using LinkedIn, Voilanorbert.com and Hunter.io. All emails must be verified. Thus, you only need to find the names of the right people. With Voilanorbert.com all you have to do is put in the names plus the company domain and it will output the email addresses.
You will receive an excel file to work with, in which you must include person's name, surname, job title and email address. There is a "remarks" field in which you may comment anything you consider important. There is flexibility in the number of wrong email addresses, but after a 10% error, a proportional reduction in the price will be applied. Payment release will be made once the addresses have been validated from my side.
