Assistant for copy and paste a translation.

I need a assistant to copy and paste a translation file of a CRM plataforma from a txt file to the admin interface. In the txt file I have the English version and the Portuguese version (you dont need to know Portuguese). At the website we have a English version and blank input box to paste the portuguese translation next the existing English one. So its more like a find the match using the seach feature (always in English) and paste the correct translation next to it.
