Area Business Review

I'm looking for someone to conduct a comprehensive area business review of my company's performance in a specific market. The goal is to assess the business performance. To do this, the review will be conducted in person. I have uploaded a template that I was provided as a sample with sample data. I would like to incorporate all the topics as outlined in the sample but reformatted in a more modern more colorful way.
