Any Peruvian person with a DNI

I need somebody who can log into agenciavirtual.migraciones.gob.pe to submit my visa application form. You won't have to do anything in person. This might sound weird but in order to apply for this particular visa, the form has to be submitted either in person in Peru (I don't want this) or online via the portal, but only Peruvians and some foreigners (not me) have access to this portal. You can read about it online and you'll see that that's how it works. Any Peruvian person can do this and it's not at all risky for you. I will send you all the required documents you need to upload, or even better I can do it all myself if you feel comfortable with that. I'll pay once the visa is approved. If it's declined, we'll try multiple times.
