Annotating cartoons -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
You'll need to annotate a pack of cartoon images.
Each image may contain multiple characters. For each character draw two polygons, one for the mouth and one for the face of the character. In our experience it takes 1 minute in average to finish one image and so our rate is about 5-7$/hour. Your bid should be per hour, which I think as 50 images, and the total payment will be calculated based on this price.
This is easy work, but we require high accuracy and patience.

*Note* that there is a mistake in the tutorial, you need to export to a VGG file, not a COCO file.
