Airline Icons & Logos

I need a set of actual icons and logos for around 300 top commercial carriers. For every airline, I want two raster versions:
• 48 × 48 px icon
• 180 × 90 px logo (can differ)
PNG or JPG is fine. The Icons need to be named with the respective IATA code.
If you have such data, I can adjust to what you have. I attached examples. I need the logos of the actual designs of the respective airline.
