Airbnb Property Manager Wanted

I'm in need of a skilled property manager to handle my Airbnb account for my existing business. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic administrative tasks and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of my Airbnb properties
- Ensure smooth communication with guests and vendors
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and reviews
- Keep the property clean and well-maintained
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise
- Ensure the properties are compliant with all local regulations

Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience managing Airbnb properties
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks
- Ability to handle multiple properties
- Knowledge of the local area and regulations
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish
