Airbnb & Booking.com Property Manager
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a property manager experienced with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Remote)
Salary:
Full-time: Starting from $3,200/month (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Part-time: Starting from $1,600/month (4 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
-Downloading and reviewing client property details, and correcting any discrepancies
-Posting and advertising properties on partner platforms
-Managing property calendars
-Handling inquiries and managing bookings
-Maintaining a high booking acceptance rate by keeping guests informed of availability
-Forwarding reservation details to the designated supervisor
